It is an association of acetaminophen, pseudoephedrine and chlorphenamine. Acetaminophen is a pain-reducing pain and fever reliever. Chlorphenamine is an antihistamine that relieves nasal discharge.
Pseudoephedrine is a sympathomimetic that reduces nasal congestion.
It is indicated for symptomatic relief of catarral and influenza processes that take place with or without fever, mild to moderate pain, congestion and nasal discharge in adults and adolescents from 14 years of age.
You should see a doctor if it gets worse or if it does not improve or if the fever persists for more than 3 days or the pain or other symptoms persist for more than 5 days.
