Ingredients:
Valerian officinalis (Valerian Root Powder) 2002 mg/gragea, coating agent (sucrose, talc), load agent (lactose), stabilizers (microcrystalline cellulose and polyvinylpyrrolydone), coating agent (acacia gum), dye (titanium dioxide), anti-agglomerant (magnesium stearate), coating agent (Shellac), anti-binder (silicon dioxide), coating agent (polyethylene glycol 6000, carnauba wax and beeswax).
How to use:
To help relax in case of transient stress: 2 staples 3 times a day.
To promote sleep: 2 staples 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
If necessary, take 2 additional perxes in the afternoon.
