Oxymetazoline belongs to the group of medicines known as direct-acting sympathomimetics and has nasal decongestant effect. Chlorphenamine belongs to the group of medicines known as antihistamines that help reduce excess nasal secretion.
This medicine is indicated for local and temporary relief of nasal discharge and congestion caused by allergic rhinitis in adults and children 6 years and older.
