ACTION AND DESCRIPTION

L-Tryptophan is an amino acid.

Magnesium and vitamin B6 help reduce tiredness and fatigue, contribute to normal energy metabolism, normal nervous system function and normal psychological function.

Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity, contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, and normal red blood cell formation.

CONSERVATION AND EXPIRATION

Close the boat tightly and store in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients

Magnesium carbonate, L-Tryptophan, loading agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-binder (magnesic salts of fatty acids), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

MODE OF USE

Take 2 tablets a day spread over lunch and dinner.
