Triptomax contains Tryptophan, an essential amino acid that our body uses to produce Serotonin. And.. .what is Serotonin? Serotonin is a very important neurotransmitter for our body and is involved in multiple functions, among which we could highlight its role as a mood regulator. Therefore, in situations where there are low levels of Serotonin we may feel decayed or feeling discouragement, stress and/or apathy. Serotonin also stimulates cognitive function, favoring ability to concentrate and good psychic performance.
Tryptophan contained in Triptomax helps our body produce Serotonin, but its metabolism also requires an adequate amount of certain vitamins and minerals, in addition to Tryptophan. That's why Triptomax also contains B vitamins, magnesium and iron.

How do you take it?
