2. Before taking STODAL syrup
Contraindications
This medicinal product should not be given to patients with hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any other component of the preparation.

Driving and using machines
At the recommended dose, STODAL JARABE is unlikely to have any effect on the ability to drive vehicles or operate machinery.
Important information about one of its components
This medicine contains sucrose.
If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to certain sugars, talk to your doctor before taking this medicine. Patients with diabetes mellitus should be noted that this medicine contains 3.75 g of sucrose per 5 ml of STODAL syrup.
This medicine contains 1.74% ethanol (alcohol), which corresponds to an amount of 0.069 g per 5 ml of STODAL syrup, which may be harmful to people with alcoholism. Alcohol content should be taken into account for pregnant or lactating women, children and high-risk groups, such as patients with liver disease or epilepsy.
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, or have recently taken, any other medicines, including medicines taken without a prescription.
3. How to take STODAL syrup?
Adults: 1 intake of 15 ml 3 to 5 times a day.
Children: 1 intake of 5 ml 3 to 5 times a day.
Measure the necessary milliliters with the help of the dosing cup.
Shots should be dealt throughout the day and at bedtime to soothe the night cough.
Orally.
Follow these instructions unless your doctor has given you different directions. Remember to take your medicine.
If you think the action of Stodal syrup is too strong or too weak, tell your doctor or pharmacist. If symptoms get worse or persist after three days, talk to your doctor. Treatment should not last more than a week.
If you have used STODAL syrup more than you should, talk to your doctor or pharmacist immediately.
If you forget to take STODAL syrup do not take a double dose to make up for forgotten doses.
4. Possible side effects
Like all medicines, STODAL syrup can have side effects.

5. Conservation of STODAL syrup
No special storage conditions are required.
This medicinal product must not be used after the expiry date stated on the carton.
