It is a powerful universal antioxidant with metabolic functions. Alpha lipoic acid is the universal antioxidant par excellence thanks to its ability to act in all media.

The main function of this dietary supplement is to help fight free radicals that oxidize the body's cells. In addition, alpha lipoic acid regenerates glutathione, one of the body's main antioxidants. Alpha lipoic acid helps regenerate other important antioxidants such as coenzyme Q10 and vitamins C and E. Likewise, alpha lipoic acid exerts its effect at the muscle level favoring glucose uptake. This acid is difficult to obtain in the right amounts from the diet and the body's ability to produce it is scarce. For this reason, it is advisable to ingest it in supplement form.

In addition these capsules are vegetables, so they are suitable for vegetarian people.

Recommended Use:

Food supplement for adults, take one vegetable capsule a day, preferably with meals or as directed by a specialist. The daily dose expressly recommended for this product should not be exceeded.
