Maca is used to increase physical and mental energy and endurance, as well as boost sexual function by increasing libido in both men and women. Maca increases fertility regardless of the functioning of sex hormones and emotional parameters such as depression or anxiety.
It is also used to regulate the activity of the ovaries, specifically in the case of PMS or in case of menopause.
How to use
- As a dietary supplement, take one capsule a day with food or a glass of water. The laboratory recommends that you do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
