ACTION AND DESCRIPTION
Hypertonic seawater solution (2.3% NaCl), rich in beneficial sea ingredients (mineral salts and trace elements).
Actions:
Relieves nasal congestion by reducing nasal mucosal edema (osmosis).
Fluidifies mucous secretions.
Helps restore the natural function of the nasal mucosa.
Cleans the nasal cavities of accumulated mucus, scabs, dust, debris,
contaminants, allergens and infectious agents.
Moisturizes the nasal mucosa and relieves nasal dryness.
Useful
For all cases of nasal congestion and sinuses, for example, rhinitis (infectious or allergic), sinusitis, common cold and flu.
In cases where decongestant medications are contraindicated (e.g. pregnancy, lactation, thyroid disease, high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes).
To improve the effectiveness of decongestant medications and to reduce their use.
In the prophylaxis of secondary ORL infections and their complications, such as otitis.
To promote recovery after endonasal surgery.
In daily hygiene (e.g. in contaminated environments).
In dry environments.

CONSERVATION AND EXPIRATION
Store below 25oC. Pressure pack. Protect from sunlight and heat sources. Do not expose to temperatures above 50oC. Do not puncture or incinerate the container, even empty.
MODE OF USE
Instructions: 1 to 3 sprays in each nostril, 2 to 3 times a day, or as directed by your doctor.
Adults and children
Hold the spray upright and press a few times to activate the spray.
Ring your nose to remove all mucus before using Sinomarin®.
Remove the protective cap.
Gently fold your neck forward over a sink and your head tilted to the right.
Gently insert the applicator into the left nostril parallel to the nose and press firmly.
Turn your head to the opposite side, and repeat the application on the other nostril.
Remove the applicator from the nostril, return to the upright position while allowing the solution to act for a few seconds; then turn your nose.
Repeat the procedure if necessary.
Wash the applicator with warm water and dry after each use.
Babies and children who require help
Hold the spray upright and roca few times to activate the spray.
Clean the child's nose before using Sinomarin®.
Remove the protective cap.
Place the baby on his or her back, turning his or her head to the right.
Gently insert the applicator into the left nostril parallel to the nose and press firmly.
Turn your head to the opposite side, and repeat the application on the other nostril.
Remove the applicator from the baby's nostril, place the baby in the starting position while allowing the solution to work for a few seconds, and then clean the nose or use a suction device to remove mucus.
Repeat the procedure if necessary.
Wash the applicator with warm water and dry after each use.
Sinomarin® adults and Sinomarin® ORL of 1 to 3 sprays in each nostril, 2 to 3 times a day, or as directed by your doctor.
Sinomarin® Children: 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril, 2 to 3 times a day, or as directed by your doctor.
Can be used during pregnancy and lactation
CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS
Never wash the nostrils with your head tilted backwards to prevent fluid from desceating down your throat.
For nasal use only. Do not use the same nasal applicator for more than one person. Do not use the carton after the expiry date.
Keep out of reach of children.
