Paracetamol belongs to the group of medicines called analgesics and antipyretics, reducing pain and fever. Pseudoephedrine belongs to the nasal decongestant drug group. Dextrometorphan belongs to the antitussive drug group.
This medicine is indicated in symptomatic relief of colds and flus that occur with pain, fever, nasal congestion and unproductive cough (irritative and nervous).
For over 12 years you should consult your doctor if it gets worse or if it does not improve or if the fever persists for more than 3 days or the pain or other symptoms persist for more than 5 days.

Safety in humans: contraindicated in the first trimester of pregnancy since pseudoephedrine is contraindicated in the first trimester of pregnancy. Acetaminophen and pseudoephedrine cross the placental barrier. The use of nasal decongestants during the first trimester of pregnancy has been associated with slight increases in the risk of developing three types of malformations: gastroschisis and atresia of the small intestine, vascular disruption and hemifacial microsomy. The risk is higher in women smokers.
Effects on fertility :no specific human studies have been conducted.
