Ingredients
Each capsule contains fully hydrogenated vegetable oils (coco and palm), coating agent (fish gelatin (Tilapia)), moisturizer (glycerin (E-422)), emulsifier (soy lecithin), 4.13 mg Lactobacillus acidophilus, 2.20 mg Lactobacillus rhamnosus, 2.20 mg Bifidobacterium breve, 2.20 mg Bifidobacterium longum, 1.40 mg Bifidobacterium lactis, thickener (pectin (E-4401)), 0.07 mg Bifidobacterium bifidum.

MODE OF USE
Take one capsule a day with water or your favorite drink. It can be taken with or without food. Do not chew or break. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
