MODE OF USE
Teeth should be flossed to remove food scraps and plaque between the teeth and under the gum, where the toothbrush does not arrive. Flossing teeth once a day removes plaque before it becomes tartar. Choose a floss that widens when you slide it between your teeth. Cut approximately 45 centimeters of thread and wrap the ends around the middle finger of each hand. Tighten the thread between your thumbs and index fingers, leaving 2 or 3 centimeters long between your finger. Keep your floss stretched and guide it between your teeth using a "zig-zag" movement. Carefully insert the thread between your teeth. Slide the floss from top to bottom on the tooth surface and also under the gum. Clean each tooth thoroughly with a clean section of floss.
