Lactose intolerance is a common pathology that involves the inability of the intestine to digest lactose. Intolerance arises when the body does not produce enough of an enzyme called lactase, which is responsible for transforming lactose into sugars that are easier to absorb through the gut.
In the face of this problem, permanent exclusion of lactose from the diet is not recommended, as it has been shown to improve calcium absorption, an indispensable element for bone metabolism and growth.
Ingredients:
Lactase (45mg/tablet), stabilizer (E460 and E470b), anti-agglomerant (E551) and coating agent (PEG 6000).
How to use:
Tolerance to lactose varies from person to person. The dose should be adjusted according to the amount of lactose consumed and the degree of tolerance. It is recommended to start with one tablet and increase the dose if necessary. Do not exceed 12 tablets per day.
Consume with each product containing lactose, with the first bite. Repeat administration if dairy is still consumed in 30-45 minutes.
