RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
The nutritional supplement MERITENE® shakes should be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet. You should not replace main meals.
Pour 1 envelope or 3 tablespoons (approx. 30g) of Meritene® shakes in 200ml or hot or cold semi-skidded milk and stir. It can also be prepared with water and other varieties of milk*.
Depending on the needs of each person in which the adult is located, 1 to 2 shakes per day are recommended.

How to use:
Envelopes: Instant preparation, dilute the contents of an envelope in 200 ml of whole or skim milk.
Bottle: Pour 3 tablespoons (approx. 30 g) into 200 ml of hot or cold semi-skim milk (or water). Stir or shake vigorously. If not consumed at the time of preparation, store in a refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
