- High resistance (48 g): perfect for women who have practiced Kegel exercises with weight and are looking for a more advanced workout.
User Manual:
Intimate hygiene is very important, so never forget to clean your exercisers before and after each use with our Intimate Accessory Cleaner products manufactured for this purpose and store it in its case. We recommend that you start in a comfortable position, lying with your knees bent. Relaxes the body and inserts the exerciser(s)Laselle about 2 cm. from the vaginal entrance, using an aqueous-based lubricant to facilitate convenient insertion.
Contract your pelvic floor muscles and lift the exerciser(s), maintain contraction, and release contraction. Rest and relax your muscles before repeating.
