Herniaria Glabra (Herniaria, whole plant) 66.67%

Agropyron Repens (Apothecary Grama, rhizomes) 16.67%

Equisetum Arvense (horsetail, sterile stem) 10%

Sambucus Nigra (elder, flowers) 6%

MODE OF USE

Infusions are made by putting a filter in a cup, to which boiling water is added. Let stand for several minutes. It can then be sweetened with sugar, artificial sweeteners or honey.

2-4 cups can be taken throughout the day.
