Sending medicines

Information on delivery procedures:

THE PHARMACY will send the orders through the TIPSA or Correos Express service.

  • Coverage area: Europe.

The cost of deliveries will be as follows:

  • Deliveries of products of € 49.99 or lower amounts, delivery costs will be € 3 for local deliveries, € 4.90 for provincial, € 5 regional, € 5.50 peninsula and € 6 on the islands with delivery in 24/48 Hours .
  • Deliveries in 24 Hours and peninsula (Delivery the next Business day) the price will be € 4.50.
  • For deliveries of purchases made from Gibraltar, they will be collected at the courier agency located in La Línea de la Concepción at a cost of 2.95 euros.
  • For deliveries of any kind for an amount greater than € 49.99 (€ 79 for the Islands), no shipping costs will be charged. (FREE)
  • Cash on delivery deliveries will have a 3% surcharge on the final price with a minimum of € 3.
  • For shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, it must be taken into account that certain products cannot be sent due to security issues at customs, such as Sprays or Aerosols ... etc.
  • In no case will shipments be made to post office boxes.

FARMACIA Berdaguer deliver to the Client the Medication purchased in a safe packaging protected so that it does not deteriorate during the journey. In any case, the supply of Medications from FARMACIA Berdaguer to the address indicated by the user will be the responsibility of FARMACIA Berdaguer .

The transport and delivery of the Medicine must be done from FARMACIA Berdaguer and in a way that ensures that it does not suffer any alteration or decrease in quality. For the purposes of compliance with Royal Decree 870/2013, FARMACIA Berdaguer declares that it has entered into a service provision contract with the indicated transport company in order to guarantee the correct delivery of the Medicines.

  • The delivery time will be indicated to the Client in each case and always through the email sent by THE PHARMACY as confirmation of the order, said term depending on the availability of the purchased product. In any case, the delivery period may not exceed 72 business hours once the Customer's order is ready and available. In the event that the requested product is not in stock, THE PHARMACY will duly inform the Client regarding the availability period.

The shipping method and place of delivery

Regarding the place of delivery, THE PHARMACY informs the Clients that it must always be in the mainland and the Balearic Islands.

The shipping costs will be paid by the Customer and will be indicated at the end of the purchase.

Order process:

  • Registration by the consumer / patient of the order.
  • Reception of the order by the owner of the pharmacy via email
  • Verification of the order, as well as the suitability of the dispensing. In case of finding any type of anomaly or any doubt about the possible use of the medicines or incompatibilities, the owner will contact the consumer / patient
  • After verifying the suitability of the dispensing, the transport company is called with the service that guarantees the correct delivery of the Medications, especially the maintenance of temperature.
  • The order is packed in suitable packaging to maintain the integrity of the drugs
  • It is delivered to the carrier and the transport is checked according to the contracted service to guarantee compliance with Royal Decree 870/2013
  • Delivery of the medication order within a period of between 24 and 72 business hours , depending on the service contracted with the carrier
  • No shipping costs will be charged for deliveries of any kind for an amount greater than € 59.99. (FREE)
  • For deliveries of any kind over € 79.99, no shipping costs to the islands will be charged . (FREE)

Return policy

Returns of medications will not be accepted once dispensed and delivered to the customer, except for those medications that have been supplied by mistake, do not correspond to the order or have been damaged during transport, so the customer must indicate this to the carrier in the same moment of receipt of the order.

The consumer user will have the right to the return of the medicine and the refund of the amount paid in the event that the delivery period exceeds 50% of the time established in the purchase for reasons not attributable to it.

The pharmacy Berdaguer undertakes to deposit the returned medications in the SIGRE container for subsequent destruction.

FARMACIA BERDAGUER reserves the right not to accept the return of any type of product without prior request from you.

Reasons for return and steps to follow:

  1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order and wish to exercise your Right of Withdrawal:
    You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification . The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods. To exercise the right of BERDAGUER , you must notify us at FARMACIA BERDAGUER , Avda Ricardo Soriano 4, 29601, Marbella, Málaga with tel. 952 773 187 and email info@farmaciaberdaguer.com your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal declaration, indicating the order number, or using the withdrawal form that you will find on our website, which you must fill out and sign. In both cases, both the unequivocal declaration and the withdrawal form must be sent to FARMACIA BERDAGUER by post, fax or email.
    Once we receive the unequivocal statement or the form, we will acknowledge receipt without delay to the user's email.
    In no case may returns of medications be accepted once they have been dispensed and delivered to the customer, except for those medications that have been supplied by mistake, do not correspond to the order or have been damaged during transport. In all cases, the returned drugs will be destined for destruction, through the existing integrated waste management systems.
    Consequences of withdrawal:
    Once you have sent the unequivocal declaration of withdrawal or the withdrawal form within 14 days, you must return the product to FARMACIA BERDAGUER without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 days. calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to FARMACIA BERDAGUER , in which case you must bear the direct return costs, of which you are expressly informed. For this, FARMACIA BERDAGUER will be in charge of managing the collection through the logistics courier service or by our delivery fleet depending on the type of merchandise to be returned. In any case, you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
    These direct costs or shipping costs are broken down below:
    - € 5.95 for any other product with a price higher than € 59.99.
    - € 5.95 for any product with a price equal to or less than € 59.99.
    In order for us to accept your return, you must send the purchased products and their original packaging in perfect condition, including all accessories (accessories, manuals, spare parts, plastic bags, etc.). It is important that you return the products perfectly packaged and with a printed copy of the e-mail that you will receive in your mail when you request the return.
    Once the items have been received in our warehouses and verified that the conditions described above are met, we will proceed to reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different mode of delivery than the less expensive mode of ordinary delivery that we offer). This refund will be made without any undue delay and, in any case, FARMACIA BERDAGUER proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction; In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.
    You will receive the refund of the amount of the articles in the same support in which you made the payment:
    Credit card refund:
    If the order was paid by Credit Card on our Web Portal, the refund will be effective in your account, approximately in 5 business days (if you have an immediate debit card) or approximately 30 business days, (if you have a credit card deferred debit).
    Refund by bank transfer:
    If you have paid for your order by Bank Transfer, the refund will be credited to your bank account in a period between 5 and 8 business days.
    Refund by PayPal:
    If the order was paid through PayPal, the refund will be made by FARMACIA BERDAGUER through its PayPal account, which will define, in accordance with its internal procedures, the time for its return to the customer.
    FARMACIA BERDAGUER reserves the right not to proceed with the refund of a return requested by the customer in whole or in part in case the product or packaging returned to its warehouse is defective, broken, manipulated by the user, etc. Optionally, the customer can choose to return an item purchased on the FARMACIA BERDAGUER Web Portal without shipping costs being charged, through our physical headquarters FARMACIA BERDAGUER located at Avda.   2. The received product is defective due to transport:

Once the items have been received in our warehouses and verified that the conditions described above are met, FARMACIA BERDAGUER will send you another. In this case, the change will always be made for the same item or reference. Only the first shipment will be billed, with FARMACIA BERDAGUER charge of the postage corresponding to the collection of your return and new shipment.
    If you wish to exchange the defective item for a different item, the costs of return and new shipping will not be assumed by FARMACIA BERDAGUER .
  3. The product received does not meet the agreed specifications:
    In the event that the return is requested because you receive a product that does not correspond to the order, we request that you notify us within a maximum period of 14 days from the moment of receipt, by sending us an e-mail to info @ Farmaciaberdaguer.com to inform us of said anomaly and thus proceed to replace the product. In this case, the change will always be made for the same item or reference. Only the first shipment will be billed, FARMACIA BERDAGUER charge of the postage corresponding to the return and new shipment.If you wish to make an exchange for another item, the cost of collecting the return and new shipment will not be assumed by FARMACIA BERDAGUER , being valued as previously mentioned in section 8 a.

According to Law 47/2002 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, those goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized may not be returned. Nor can products that can be reproduced or copied immediately be returned.

How to make a return
