Mouth guard for individual or team sports. Protects teeth and gums from impacts when practicing sports. Device whose main function is to interpose between the upper and lower teeth, thus avoiding the friction between the teeth and the impact produced by possible blows in the practice of sports.

Customization of the mouthguard to the mouth:

1º Heat water to boiling point and once removed from the fire or heat source, insert your mouthguard for a few seconds.

2º Check that the material has a moldable touch.

3º Still hot and adjust it on the upper jaw denture, pressing lightly for a few seconds to conform it to the jaw.

4º Remove the product from the mouth and put it in a bowl with cold water to fix the material.

5º You can repeat this operation if the mouthguard is not well adjusted.

6º Once it is no longer used, keep it in the protective box.

Maintenance and cleaning:

Clean your mouthguard by rinsing it with warm water and rubbing it with a toothbrush.
