This medicine belongs to the group of medicines called sympathetics. It is a nasal decongestant medicine that contains oxymetazoline as the active substance. Oxymetazoline administered by the nose, produces constriction of blood vessels locally, decongesting the nasal mucosa.
It is indicated for local and temporary relief from nasal congestion, in adults and children from 6 years of age.
You should see a doctor if it gets worse or if it does not improve after 3 days of treatment.
