Dimenhydrilate acts against dizziness caused by the means of locomotion. Caffeine has a stimulating action of the nervous system so it counteracts the drowsiness effect that dimenhydrilate can cause. Pyridoxine due to its action on the central nervous system is used in pictures of nausea and dizziness, such as those due to movement. Biodramine caffeine is indicated in the prevention and treatment of dizziness symptoms caused by means of transport by land, sea or air, such as nausea, vomiting and/or dizziness in adults and children over 12 years of age. You should see a doctor if it gets worse or if it doesn't get better after 7 days
