How to use:

1 over 1 meal.

Replace 1 or 2 meals a day with 1 or 2 envelopes respectively.

Preparation mode :

1.Pour about 200 ml – 250 ml (depending on the consistency you want) of water into a bowl and add the contents of the envelope.
2.Stir the mixture vigorously for 20 seconds, with the help of a fork or stirrer glass until complete dissolution. If you wish you can
heat it for 1 minute uncovered in the microwave.

3.Let it rest for a minute, then slowly defuse it.

It is recommended to drink 2 L of water per day.
