Bach Rescue Remedy is a combination of Flores De Bach to alleviate in any situation that causes emotional turmoil at night.
It consists of:
- Cherry Plum: to soothe despair and regain control.
- Clematis: to overcome disorientation and be able to react, as well as avoid losing consciousness.
- Impatiens: to calm tension and anxiety.
- Rock Rose: to soothe panic or paralyzing terror.
- Star of Bethlehem: to help recover from stun or shock.
How to use:
To take the Rescue remedy you have to pour 4 drops of in a glass of water and drink in sips. If no liquid is available, drops can be taken directly from the concentrate bottle or applied to the wrists or sien.
It can also be taken by anyone as it has no side effects.
