The optimal dose of melatonin in fast release (1mg) and prolonged release (0.9mg), for a full night from the onset of sleep to awakening.
A high concentration of plants recognized for their properties on sleep: Pasiflora and Valerian, of immediate release, help relaxation, and california poppy, long-release, helps decrease nighttime awakenings.

Composition

Loading agent: cellulose – California poppy aerial part extract (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) – Valerian underground organ extract (Valeriana officinalis L.) – Pasiflora aerial part extract (Passiflora incarnata L.) –Anti-caking agents: stingic acid, talc, magnesium stearate, crosslinked cellulose gum –Maltodextrin – Concentrated spirulina dye – Rice starch – Melatonin – Vitamin B6. Tablet coating: Coating agents: hydroxypropylcellulose, near carnauba, talc.

How to use:

Take one 1 tablet a day, 1 hour before bedtime, with a large glass of water.
