It is a dietary supplement that combines 2 highly assimilable adaptand magnesium plant extracts to increase physical and emotional endurance while reducing fatigue,so that it can best withstand over periods of overwork.

How to use:

For adult use only.

-Timely stress (on workload, exams, etc...): 3 tablets per day (2 in the morning and 1 to half day).

-Continued stress period: 2 tablets per day in the morning.
