Do not take ECHINACEA ARKOPHARMA

If you are allergic to the active substance or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6).

It is contraindicated in cases of progressive systemic diseases such as tuberculosis, immune system diseases, cholangosis, multiple sclerosis, AIDS, HIV infections and other immune diseases.

Warnings and precautions

If symptoms worsen during treatment or a high fever occurs, talk to your doctor.

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking ECHINACEA ARKOPHARMA.

Taking ECHINACEA ARKOPHARMA with other medicines

Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines.

Taking ECHINACEA ARKOPHARMA with food and beverages

Food and meals have no influence on the effect of the medicine.

Pregnancy and lactation

There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant or lactating women, so administration is not recommended.

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or intend to become pregnant, talk to your pharmacist or doctor before using this medicine.

Driving and using machines

There has been no effect on the ability to drive and the use of machines.

Always take this medicine exactly as shown in this leaflet or as indicated by your pharmacist or doctor. If in doubt, ask your pharmacist or doctor.

The recommended dose is for:

Adults and adolescents over 12 years: take 2 capsules at breakfast, 2 capsules at lunch and 2 capsules at dinner with a glass of water.

This medicine is used orally.

If symptoms persist after 10 days of treatment, consult your doctor or healthcare professional.

Use in children

It is not recommended to give to children under 12 years of age.

If you take more ECHINACEA ARKOPHARMA than you should

No cases of overdose have been reported with this medicine.

In case of overdose or accidental ingestion, consult your doctor, pharmacist or call the Toxicology Information Service immediately, phone 91-562 04 20 indicating the medicine and the amount ingested.

If you forgot to take ECHINACEA ARKOPHARMA

In case of forgetting a dose, take the medicine as soon as possible by continuing the treatment as prescribed. However, if the next dose is next, it is best not to take the missed dose and wait for the next dose. Do not take a double dose to make up for forgetful doses.

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.

Rarely, allergic skin reactions may occur. Frequency is unknown.

If you experience any side effects, talk to your doctor or pharmacist, even if they are possible side effects not listed in this leaflet. By reporting side effects you can help provide more information about the safety of this medicine.

Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Do not store above 30oC.

Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the carton after the abbreviation EXP? The expiration date is the last day of the specified month.

Medicines should not be flushed down drains or into trash. Deposit the containers and medicines you don't need at the SIGRE Point at the pharmacy. If in doubt, ask your pharmacist how to get rid of medicines you don't need. In this way, it will help protect the environment.

Composition of ECHINACEA ARKOPHARMA

Each capsule contains as an active substance: 250 mg of cryomolited roots of Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench (Echinacea).

The other ingredients are excipients: gelatin (capsule cover).
