Matricaria chamomilla L. Composed. Part used: Floral chapters.
Contains, essential oil, flavonoids, sesquiterpene lactones, glu acids, coumarins, phenolic acids, mineral salts and tannins.
Sweet or common chamomile increases the production of gastrointestinal juices and produces smooth muscle relaxation favoring digestion and gastrointestinal transit. It is also thought to have certain anti-inflammatory effects due to its lactones. It also exerts a slight sedative effect.
It is used in digestive disorders such as dyspepsias and their associated symptoms, as well as in states of anxiety.
It is reassuring so it is useful in sleep disorders, lowering muscle tension.
Topically it has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.

Matricaria chamomilla L. (chamomile) 1.2 g/bag
MODE OF USE
Infusions are made by placing a tablespoon of product in a cup, to which boiling water is added. It is left to rest for 3-5 minutes, covering the cup to prevent the loss of volatile compounds. The water is then filtered to remove the flowers. It can be sweetened with sugar, artificial sweeteners or honey.
You can take 3-4 cups a day, preferably after meals.
