Food supplement with polyunsaturated fatty acids Omega-3, Ginkgo biloba, phosphatidylserine, vitamin E, vitamin B12 and folic acid.

Omega 3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids indispensable for the proper functioning of the body. Within the Omega 3 family we find two important fatty acids: eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Docosahexaenoic acid helps maintain normal brain function and eicosapentaenoic acid contributes to normal heart function. To do this, at least 250 mg/day of DHA should be consumed.

The extract from the leaves of the Ginkgo biloba tree contains the active substances of this tree, which are mainly flavonoids, terpenoids and terpenic lactones (ginkgolides and bilobálides).

Phosphatidylserine, which belongs to a class of chemical compounds known as phospholipids, is part of the cell membranes of mamcompounds.

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin that contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative damage.

Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin that contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system. Also, in synergistic action with folic acid (another B-complex vitamin), it contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism as well as psychological functions.

MODE OF USE

Take 1 capsule a day along with food or drink. If you take this product for the first time, you can double the dose for the first 12 weeks.
